    D. The property is shared in local Facebook investor groups.
    E. We email a large list of local realtors who have buyer clients.
    F. Your property is posted on Loopnet and Crexi.
    G. Nearby buyers of similar properties are cold called and sold your property.
  3. A buyer is selected to buy your property.
  4. The property is inspected and appraised.
  5. Finally, a title company closes the transaction which is done in person or remotely.
